此系以人手指之长短分贫贱富贵，名曰量手相。实则与摸骨相等，只凭几句秘诀以应付之。查各处操斯术者，多系少识文义之人，全无排场设备，仅带小尺一根，长约二尺许之丝线一条，兀立于大商店门首侧旁，或行人必经之处，将画手形多只之布幅悬挂墙上，旁贴相手诀。专量手指之长短，以定人生之荣辱，其纹理部位等，鲜有谈及者，可称为最简单之相法。兹将口诀八条照录于后，幸勿仅据此以相人也。

1.五指长九寸三分者，大富大贵。

2.九寸二分者，可作富家翁。

3.九寸一分者，小康而有声于社会。
