Detailed nose

The nose is composed of 3 parts: outer nose, nasal cavity and sinuses.

(1) The outer nose is composed of nasal bone, nasal cartilage and soft tissue.

1. The structure of the nose

1. The root of the nose; 2. The bridge of the nose; 3. The tip of the nose;

4. Front nostril; 5. Nasal dorsum;

6. Nasolabial fold; 7. Nasal wings.

2. Nose size and health:

The size of your nose has a lot to do with your breathing condition! Wide nose wings and high nose bridge indicate that your respiratory organs are well developed, physiological structure is good, and you can breathe enough air; but in heavily polluted places, you will also inhale too much exhaust gas. If the nose is petite, it indicates that your breathing function is weak, and airtight areas will make you short of breath and chest tightness. If you stay in the office for 1-2 hours, you should go to the corridor or the window to breathe in fresh air for 5 minutes to prevent a sudden lack of oxygen.
