What is the Eighth House?

Ba Zhai Feng Shui is a theory that combines the gossip attributes of a person's birth year and the hexagrams obtained from the directions of the surrounding gossips to judge the good or bad of the house. It is currently very popular in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Because it pays attention to the gossip attribute of the year of birth, it is also called the "Great You Year".

Ba Zhai Feng Shui strictly divides residences into eight directions: east, south, west, north, southeast, southwest, northwest, and northeast, corresponding to the eight trigrams. They have different good and bad for people with different life trigrams.

People born in Zhen, Li, Xun, and Kan can only live in these four hexagrams; people born in Qian, Dui, Gen, and Kun can only live in these four hexagrams. After setting the sitting direction by the year, Ba Zhai Feng Shui will also combine the sitting direction with the change of the Bafang Gua and the attributes of the five elements to judge the good or bad position.
