What is the structure of feng shui compass

The main components of Fengshui Compass are Tianchi (compass), Tianxin Shidao (red cross-line nylon rope framed on the outer plate), inner plate (copper plate engraved with gold letters on a black background), outer plate (base) and so on.

Tianchi is composed of thimble, magnetic needle, seabed thread, cylindrical outer box and glass cover, which are fixed in the center of inner plate. The arrow end of the compass points to the south, and the other end points to the north.

There is a red line on the bottom surface of Tianchi, called the seabed line. There are two red dots on both sides of the north end. When using it, the north end of the magnetic needle must coincide with the seabed line.

The inner disk has many concentric circles printed on it, and one circle is called a layer. There are many types of compasses, some with many layers, some with few layers, the largest with fifty-two layers, and the smallest with only five layers.

The outer tray is a square tray, and the red thread penetrates from the outside to become the Ten Hearts of Heaven. The ten paths of Tianxin must be perpendicular to each other, and the new compass must be calibrated to the outer disc before use.
