Eight streets on the first ring, sixteen streets on the second ring, thirty-two streets on the third ring, and 64 streets on the fourth ring, forming sixty-four hexagrams according to the eight-diagram orientation. The entire county town is radially circular, with roads and streets connected to each other. It is a city without traffic lights.
